David De Gea announced that he has left Manchester United after 12 years.

In his message on Facebook, he said:

"I just wanted to send this farewell message to all Manchester United supporters.

I would like to express my unwavering gratitude and appreciation for the love from the last 12 years. We’ve achieved a lot since my dear Sir Alex Ferguson brought me to this club. I took incredible pride everytime I pulled on this shirt, to lead the team, to represent this institution, the biggest club in the world was an honour only bestows upon a few lucky footballers.

It’s been an unforgettable and successful period since I came here. I didn’t think from leaving Madrid as a young boy we would achieve what we did together.

Edwin van der Sar suffered a cerebral haemorrhage while on holiday in Croatia. He is in Intensive Care, according to AFC Ajax.

The club on their official page:

“On Friday, Edwin van der Sar has had a bleeding around his brain. He’s currently in hospital in the intensive care unit and is in a stable condition.

Once there is more concrete information, an update will follow.

Everyone at Ajax wishes Edwin a speedy recovery. We’re thinking of you.” ♥️

Manchester United also sent their love and support to the former legend of the club.

Inter defender Milan Skriniar joins PSG as a free agent.

Inter Milan Champions League finalist, Skriniar has joined PSG as a free agent in a contract that will see that Slovak stay at the club until 30 June 2028.
