kyokushikai karate is an art of physical, mental and self discipline training, originated from japan by the mater. mas Oyama who happens to be a korean but lived in japan, he studied art with master funakoshi of shotokan karate and Goju ryu style of karate was founded in Okinawa by Miyagi Chojun Sensei. he explains why karate should be a daily routine nd a means of survival in all course.
