1️⃣ Just like the watermelon, the cucumber is highly hydrated with 85% water content.
2️⃣ The Achatina achatina and Achatina fulica breeds love to feed on cucumber much more than the Archachatina marginata s
3️⃣ The hard greed Epicarp is very reach in protein
4️⃣ Snails fed with the green Epicarp experience a better weight gain than snails fed with the inner white mesocarp.
5️⃣ The greener the cucumber, the more beneficial for the snails.
6️⃣ The may be use to ward off ants from the farm

CONS 👎
1️⃣ Over exposure of snails to the white mesocarp may cause weight loss
2️⃣ They may start to rot after several hours of exposure to air; which may become a breeding ground to flies.
3️⃣ Fruits are chemical-laden which may cause mortality amongst snails.

1️⃣ Watermelon is one of the snails' favorite
2️⃣ It contains 90% of water which helps the snails to stay hydrated
3️⃣ Unlike other "water-gourded" fruits, water melon contains several beneficial antioxidants.
4️⃣ It can be used to induce mating in snails
5️⃣ For large scale snail farming, watermelon Epicarp can be sourced for free from fruit vendors which is a sustainable feeding method.

1️⃣ When disposed carelessly on the farm, they attract ants

1️⃣ Their growth rate is High
2️⃣ Their meat production is High
3️⃣ They adapt faster to weather conditions in the temperate regions
4️⃣ Hatchlings survival rate is high because of their big sizes
5️⃣ The bigger the parent snail, the bigger the egg sizes
6️⃣ They can grow as big as 400 grams live weight

1️⃣ They lay 7 eggs on the average and a maximum of 18 eggs
2️⃣ Slime production is low
3️⃣ Different sub-species exist with varying production strength

2️⃣ Highly prolific and can lay up to 400 eggs per clutch
3️⃣ Growth rate is medium
4️⃣ Because of their shell patterns, they are exotic, luxurious artifacts
5️⃣ Eggs hatch within 7-21days

👎CONS:
1️⃣ They are weather sensitive and may be less active when conditions are unfavorable.
2️⃣ Survival rate of baby snails is medium cos of their tiny sizes.
3️⃣ They require high-skill management practices for better performance
4️⃣ Meat production is average

There are over 30,000 species of snail all over the world with most of them weighing 20 grams at maturity.✍️
Howbeit, giant snail sizes were discovered in Africa especially within the East and West Africa.👏

As such, they got their names: Giant snails from Africa 😊
Apparently, Africans love to consume big sized snails and they appreciate big sizes.
More reason nature gifted them with giant snails. 😊🐌💯
