YOUR HEALTH AND LOVE FOR DRINKS AND AGBO(NATIVE CON-CAUTION).
The rate of consumption and sales of bottled drinks in several brands and colours just to attract people and the crazy for different types of native concentrated drinks called agbo, that has no measurement, expiring dates nor period of taking it.
I'm concerned because of the reported cases of renal and kidney failure that abound this days and the early death rate in the society, in the course of trying to (CHOP LIFE / SELF MEDICATION).
Let it be known that after self destruction and you are told that you need to under take exercise to help you manage already bad case, please it's not so easy to over come, the best bet is to know what to take into your body system and compliment it with exercise, not the damage kidney and liver.
Watch what you eat and drink, you have the will power to say NO and walk away, than take what will at the end visit the grave early.
