START WHERE YOU ARE. 💪🔥
You don’t need a perfect body to begin. You don’t need a gym, expensive equipment, or the perfect conditions. You only need the decision to start.
If you’re a beginner, take it one day at a time. Your first push-up may be difficult, but keep going. Your body will learn, your strength will grow, and one day you’ll look back and realize how far you’ve come.
