Once Arsenal content creators run out of things to post, the next thing is always Drogba banter 😂😂

No striker in football history had the kind of influence Didier Drogba had during and after his career.

Many strikers have openly said Drogba inspired them.
Some even studied his style of play to improve themselves as forwards.

But personally, I’ve rarely seen strikers say: “My dream was to play like Thierry Henry.” 😂🤌

After reading that rumour, something just hit me hard.

I suddenly remembered the whole plan BlueCo came with when they bought Chelsea — buy young talents for cheap, develop them, then sell them once their value increases. And honestly, that’s exactly what has been happening since they arrived.

This club used to move differently during the Roman Abramovich era. We competed for trophies every single season and signed players ready to win immediately. Now it feels like Chelsea has become a long-term business project instead of a football club chasing greatness.

One danger of constantly buying “upcoming” talents is this: the moment things stop going well, some of them start looking for the next big move… forgetting Chelsea gave them the platform in the first place.

Look at Enzo Maresca for example. Chelsea gave him the opportunity after the Championship, and later reports came out about him sharing internal information with Manchester City behind the scenes. That alone says a lot.

Seeing what BlueCo has reduced Chelsea to genuinely hurts, honestly. 💔😔

Chelsea fans, now that Xabi Alonso is officially our manager and will fully take over on June 1, the best advice for all of us is to lower our expectations for his first season 😭💙

People need to understand that he’ll be building a team from scratch…

New system.
New tactics.
New mentality.
New chemistry between players.

All these things take time 😭

Even the best managers in football needed time before their teams became scary.

So instead of expecting instant trophies immediately, let’s focus on improvement, identity and progress first 🙏💙

Then from the second season… that’s when we can start expecting something serious from him 👀🔥
