Imagine my shock seeing people buying the cheap cinnamon and they in turn were shocked that I was packing the true cinnamon. If people knew the health implications of decisions like this. If only they knew

Imagine buying cheap cinnamon not knowing you are killing your liver. we don't compromise on quality.

I met her at the book launch i attended today and she said to me: you made me stop taking G.morn after a video you posted and now I am 95% off noodles.

The video in question was posted about 5yrs ago. In that video I used a scale measurement to show exactly how much sugar people consume in G.morn. I remember that video vividly.

On a day where I felt no motivation to create content for the new month, a post I made 5yrs ago took someone off the wrong nutrition path.

You won't understand how much this made my day. Thank you

Regular bread is not dense. The moisture levels are high. These 2 factors alone cannot make them last long. If they last 2-3 weeks on your shelf at room temperature, synthetic chemistry is actually doing the heavy work.
