The following air-conditioning scheduled ma
intenance would be done, in addition to the normal maintenance cycle work, on a quarterly maintenance cycle:
Remove air-conditioners
Clean inside of sleeve and seal sleeve
Seal vandal protection cover outside against walls
Rinse coils with high-pressure spray. This must be applied in such a way that it is effective without deforming or damaging the coils
ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE
We have competence in safeguarding and controlling traffic of power in the facilities, being supplied to AC units, installed equipment, general lighting and other areas that power supply is needed and the electrical maintenance services include;
Periodic maintenance of AVR
Maintain all electrical Panels and switches
Step down transformers
HT Periodic check of all earthling system and earth impedance and submission of report (two times a year)
GENERATOR MAINTENANCE
Scheduled Maintenance;
Type 1 servicing, Type 11 servicing, top cylinder overhaul, Alternator maintenance. AMF Panel maintenance

A. HARD FLOOR CLEANING
Hard floor or stone floor as they are generically referred to has gained increasing popularity due to its aesthetic appeal and durability especially in commercial buildings, lobbies and common circulation areas. The more porous the floor the higher the need to use a sealer. But we use impregnators, which are the highest grade of a sealer that penetrate into the Stone and does not inhibit breathing of the floor. However the general principles of stone floor maintenance are applied as follows;

We are also specialized in plumbing, borehole and water system maintenance.
