I believe that:
• It’s impossible for anyone to efficiently work and meet his/her employer’s goals without at least knowing the basic core values, missions and targets of the organization.

• It’s impossible for anyone who really wants to have the best marital experience, to not get to know who he/she tends to marry.

• It’s impossible for a student who really wants to please his/her teacher, parents & oneself, with good grades, not to really study hard for the exams.
•

Only in Christianity this is possible!

• This is where you see a lot of people who confess to be employed but know not their employer nor His core values, missions and expectations of them.

• This is where you see a lot of people claiming to be married and having a Bridegroom, but know not their Bridegroom, nor His love language, nor His dos and don’ts.

• This is where you see a whole lot of students who want to make their parents, teacher and theirselves happy & proud with good grades, but blatantly disdain studying their books for that good grade.
•
And yet we wonder why we are looking and experiencing the opposite of what we profess.

My fitness journey & knowledge, the addiction wilderness I wallowed in for years, and the glorious victory the grace of Christ brought into my life. Has just launched me into this mission.

This is a ‘beyond outward’ transformation journey.
The ‘Grit Transformation’ is a faith-driven movement for men committed to becoming stronger physically, healthier internally, sharper mentally, grounded spiritually, and purposeful in every area of life.

Here, we persevere for ‘Renewal & Habits That Last, Not Results That Fade’.
We embody faith, grit, and grace as we fight passivity, distraction, destructive patterns, and wasted potential—and pursue Victory Inside Out.

As long as the tricep muscles are not your primary target when executing these exercises, then you have no valid reason to push your elbows to such extreme & bouncy extents.
Even if you want to engage your tricep muscles too, there are better hand positioning and movement patterns that are much more effective and safer than the demonstration you just watched.

3 John 1:2
Beloved, I hope all is well with you and that you are as ‘HEALTHY IN BODY’ as you are strong in spirit.
If Bible verse like this and several others of its kind exist in the bible, why then do we blatantly ignore and neglect our body and health as if it belongs to our enemies?
Even if it belongs to our enemies, are we not commanded by our Lord to seek for the wellbeing of our enemies?
And in my fallible opinion, this is part of the reasons why our Lord Jesus Christ said in Luke 16:8 that the sons of this world (unbelievers) are more shrewd (smart) in their generation than the sons of light (Christians).
I really hope that this awakens one or two persons to begin being very intentional and purposeful with their body, health and holistic wellbeing.

People who don’t know the dividends commitment, discipline and consistency can pay, always assume that no significant accomplishment is possible without some sort of shortcuts being implemented.

I know not even oral nor injectable testosterone, not to talk of stero*ds.
I rather use that money to stock more chicken breasts and crate of eggs.

With the rate at which men of my generation are seeking easiness, comfort and instant gratification. I’m of the opinion that if there will ever be next generation, they are very much likely to be in a way more messed up situation than we currently are.

Because they missed entirely the meaning and purpose they were brought here in the first place.
While some people lived below 40years but fulfilled every meaning & mission they came for.
May we be among the few in the latter. For many are in the former.

I suffered hardcore terrible addictions for several years of my life. Which I believe many people are still trapped in it today.
•
Even though I can confidently say that fitness didn’t deliver me. But i won’t overlook its important role for my inside out self stewardship.
So beloved, if you’re dealing with things that you’re not proud of in your life. Especially in the area of flesh gratification addictions, then I can confidently tell you that an inner man awakening and intentional physical disciplinary journey, will definitely get you the freedom you long for.

One common language I hear very often in the midst of Christians, is:
‘I Am Trying To Defeat Sin/Lust’. Or ‘I Have Been Trying To Defeat Sin/Lust’.
Like seriously??
If you are a diligent Bible studier, you should have realized that the scriptures has a whole lot of battle related words/terms.
Think for a second what our Lord Jesus Christ commanded us in the book of Mathew 18:8-9. Those are real battle metaphors against every opposition.
Until you start realizing what you’re called into as a true Christian and determined follower of Christ, you will wallow in destructive habits and addictions that will eventually lead you to perdition.

Lower back pain is very common, both among gym users and sedentary people.
And the causes of this lower back pain varies from person to person.
For most gym users, it’s commonly caused by things like picking up weights with the wrong posture, wrong ex*****on of some exercises like deadlifts, barbell bend over rows, back squats, running, etc.
For sedentary people, too much sitting, especially in wrong form, causes it.
But this back extension exercise has been shown to be very effective and one of the most important exercises for lower back pain recovery.
Although I currently don’t have the hyperextension bench, but I had to improvise with my regular lifting bench just to show you this exercise.
