So, I decided to step out of my comfort zone… and funny enough, it was because of one customer.😂
It’s not like I’m not doing anything serious or making sales. I actually have someone who helps me handle my waybills and deliveries, so most times, I stay at home, work on my business, upload products, and handle other things.
But this particular customer made me leave my house. 😂
The order wasn’t even up to ₦30,000. Meanwhile, I’ve had customers buy items worth way more than that, and I still stayed at home and trusted the person handling my waybills.
But you see, I’m the kind of person who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. No matter how much a customer spends, I want everything to go perfectly. So, because I didn’t want any mistake or issue with this particular order, I decided to go to the store myself, arrange everything, and make sure the customer got exactly what they ordered.
And honestly, that wasn’t even the main reason I’m telling this story. 😂
When I got to the store, I started receiving compliments back-to-back.
“Amarachi, you’ve added weight!”
“See your skin!”
“You’re glowing!”
“You look like Philippines!” 😭😂
At this point, I didn’t even know whether to be happy or offended because the weight comments were coming from left, right and centre. 😂
And yes, I’ll accept responsibility. Maybe I’ve added a little too much weight. But please, is it by force? 😭😂
But the compliments about my skin? Ahhh! That one, I had to tell them the secret.
