Wow!!! What a great super Sunday it was, this is English Premier League. Arsenal showed class against the weeping boys Everton, running out a 5-2 winner. Nacheo Monreal has now scored 2 goals in his last 3 games for the gunners, after going 140 games without goal for the North London side. It was a great birthday gift for the le profesur (Wenger) as he turned 68. once again, we say happy birthday to the Golden trophy winner in the history of the League.
Tottenham v Liverpool ; what else can we say? Many football enthusiasts expected the messysiders to put up a great fight against the high flying spurs judging from their last week display against the Jose Mourinho led side Manchester United and also considering the fact that spurs are still acclimatizing to their new home but spurs is always spurs coupled with the defense deficiency which the Reds has been identified with of late. The North London side ran out a 4-1 Victor against the Pool, brace from the informed Kane and early goal from the Son, sealed the comfortable victory for spurs. It was Indeed a thrilling encounter even though a side loss, both teams gave a good accounts of themselves in terms of quality and entertaining football. What a Sunday it is.
