Day 11 of 30 Days of Gratitude 🤍

One thing I’ve learned is that the right community can truly change your life.

There’s something powerful about being surrounded by people who encourage your growth, pray with you, hold you accountable, and genuinely want to see you become better.

My church community became a safe place for me during seasons I didn’t even fully understand myself. And I’m so grateful for every lesson, every prayer, every conversation, and every moment of growth that came from it 🙏🏽

Day 10 of 30 Days of Gratitude.

Today, I’m grateful for growth in every area of my life.

Growth in my mindset.
Growth in my faith.
Growth in my healing journey.
Growth in my relationships.
Growth in how I see myself and how I show up in the world.

Sometimes we overlook growth because it doesn’t always look loud or dramatic. But growth can look like resting instead of quitting. Speaking kindly to yourself. Walking away from what drains you. Trying again after disappointment. Choosing peace. Choosing healing. Choosing yourself.

Day 9 of 30 Days of Gratitude 🌷

There was a version of me that prayed for the peace I have now.
Prayed for the strength.
Prayed for the healing.
Prayed for clarity, growth, softness, wisdom, and direction.

And while everything may not be “perfect” yet, I can honestly say… God has been faithful 🤍
I’m learning that becoming is a journey.
A slow unfolding.
And I’m grateful that I no longer look like what I’ve been through.
Here’s to becoming — gently, intentionally, and faithfully.

Day 8 of 30 Days of Gratitude 🤍

One thing I’ll always treasure deeply is watching movies with my kids. 🍿❤️

It’s such a simple thing, but somehow it always becomes a special memory. From the laughter to the conversations after the movie, it’s always a beautiful experience with them.

What really melts my heart is how intelligently they analyze the movies 😂🥹
Sometimes I’m just there listening and smiling because wow… these little humans are growing beautifully.

Moments like this remind me that joy truly lives in the simple things.

Day 7 of 30 Days of Gratitude 🤲🏽

Rest is not laziness.
Rest is necessary. Rest is holy ✨

We live in a world that constantly tells us to keep going, keep producing, keep pushing… but sometimes, your body, mind, and spirit simply need pause.

Yesterday after work, I allowed myself to truly rest and honestly? It felt so good 😭🙏🏽

I slept peacefully, deeply, and woke up feeling refreshed.
And today, I’m grateful for that.

Grateful for rest.
Grateful for sleep.
Grateful for the reminder that I do not have to earn rest before I deserve it ❤️
