WEIGHT LOSS IS HARD!! Y'all know I don't kuku sugar coat it from the beginning. Never have and never will!

There's no magic pill or tea out there. If you want to lose weight you must eat less calories and be active in some kind of way, even if it's to take walks!
I know how many times people have refused to work with me because of this truth but I don't care! They want magic. They're looking for a product that will help them lose weight in form of teas or pills. So when they ask if I sell and I say 'no, it's diet and exercise', they take off and it's okay!
Just because I want to make money doesn't mean I should deceive people. I won't!
I've also been asked too many times if waist trainers work and I always say 'I don't know!' Never used one because I'm scared of the inconvenience. The only time I will wrap my stomach in any clincher is after childbirth and it has to be a postpartum belt of course. After some weeks when my muscles are back in place I drop it and face reality.

Please stop wasting money and do the right thing for once in your life.
Any diet that places you on a Calorie Deficit will work. It's not about who's coaching you. It's about you. How much effort are you willing to put in? How badly do you want it?

Because there are so many self-coached people who have lost tonnes of weight. They did it all by themselves because they were determined to lose the weight.
At the end of the day nobody will do it for you.
You didn't gain the weight overnight so why are you trying to lose it overnight?
Bottom line is, eat less calories, move more, be consistent and patient! The weight will drop. There's no other way!

" I can honestly say it’s never been easy not one part of it has been easy at all! During this journey my emotions have been constantly changing and my relationship with food has been somewhat toxic! .
There’s been days where I’ve eaten too much, not eaten enough/nothing at all. It’s been a rollercoaster and a half but I can proudly say I made it through and I couldn’t be happier that I’ve stuck to all the changes both physically and mentally.


Who would have thought I’d ever get here but look at me here and flawlessly me without any apology👌🏾🥰. IM PROUD OF ME AND THATS WHO I DO IT ALL FOR...ME🙆🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️💅🏾. .

6 months!! The magic of building good habits💪🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 .
"I have these pictures down below: my first post. But I’m posting them again to remind myself and you guys that I did this in SIX MONTHS. Sometimes I forget and it’s like wow: I DID THAT!!! ✨

I saw a good amount of change in my weight/body at 3 months but by the 6 month mark is when it was drastic. Ab definition popping up, I could see muscles in my back and all. ✨

In 6 months, I lost: 28kg in total. From 100.2kg in the first picture to 72.2kg in the second picture 😊 ✨
