Barca shows class in thorough defeat of Chelsea to reach quarter finals.
Messi's early goal in the 3rd minute threw spanners in the works of Antonio Conte and his team. The Blues, who had most probably planned to sit back and allow Barca to tire out had their work cut out for them when Dembele netted the second goal after 20mins. Kudos to Chelsea though, they came out smoking and gave Barca as much as they got but it was rather too late.
Lionel Messi capped his MOTM performance on the night with a well-taken goal halfway into the second half. The little magician left Moses and Azpilicueta for dead en-route his way to his second and Barca's third goal of the night. 4-1 it ended on the aggregate in favour of Barcelona and Chelsea lives to fight another day.
England now has just two survivors in Manchester City and Liverpool out of the 5 that started the race.
