Would it fall?🤔🤔

Breathe, dear mamma, you are not a race to finish.
You are not a fire🔥 to burn through every task.
You are not a mirror 🪞 to reflect perfection.

You are allowed rest, to falter,
to just be.

So, unclench the fist you make at your reflection🪞

Let go of the rules that bruised your softness.

Let go of all the shoulds, the musts, the always-smile, for there isn't a prize for pleasing pain.

Speak kindly to the girl within,
the one who still whispers beneath your doubts.
She doesn't need your shame,
but your shelter.

So cry if you must.
Say no if you need.
Start again as often as you wish.

She who rises with the golden dawn, a bloom where once a seed was sown.
Through storms that bent but could not break,
She found the strength no one could take.💪🏾💪🏾

What is that, that blooms?🤔

That whose roots grew deep in trials past, still she soared, free at last. Nom longer bound by fear or doubt, her voice a song, both fierce and loud🔊 🔊

She flourishes; she won’t forget.
For every scar, a new petal
Each tear, the morning dew.
A woman strong, reborn, set free,

A shadow creeps, a silent thief,
Stealing joy, sowing grief.
Yet in our hands, a torch we bear,
A flame of hope, a breath of care.🫂

With wisdom’s shield, we stand so tall, screenings, tests; we heed the call.
Early whispers tell their tale,
A timely fight will tip the scale⚖️

Fruits and greens, a feast so bright,
Shield our cells with nature’s might.
Drop the smoke, the poison’s breath. Drop the drink, the drink of sorrow.
Choose the path of life, not death ☠️ 💀

Move the body, let it sing.

You can’t pour from an empty cup. Prioritize sleep, hobbies, social time, and self-care so you have the energy to be a great parent.

Wiping the tears, calming the fears,

Do you think those marriages you envy occur by the wave of a wand?
Maybe it does, the name of the wave being intentionality 😁

Dear Mamma,
To enjoy a strong marriage with a love that grows through highs and lows, not just in sunshine, bright and warm, but through storms, you have to stand in form.🫡

Meaning, you lace every dealing with your spouse with patience.

It means your words have to have hues of kindness gently spread across them.

Standing in form means, lifting each other when we fall.
Through laughter shared and silent nights, through whispered dreams and little fights.

It means you choose each day to walk as one, not just as a duty, but in love.

Would it get better? Because you're almost at your wits end.

Hey mamma,
