You should know your squat stance and muscle worked.
First slide
“CANNONBALL” Stance. This targets the INNER QUADS. You can perform this stance by keeping you feet close in a V shape both toes facing apart.
Second Slide
“SUMO SQUAT” Stance. This targets the GLUTS and HAMSTRING. It can be performed by placing both feet far apart shoulder width with both toes facing opposite ways.
Last slide
“NARROW” Stance. It targets the FULL QUADS. You can perform this by placing both legs closer together with toes facing forward.
