Healthy Beef Stir Fry (Quick Weeknight Recipe!)

If you need a fast, yummy, family meal ,try this beef stir fry! Ready in 15 minutes, flavour 10/10. 😍🍲

✨ Ingredients
• 500g beef
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 green & 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
• 2 carrots (thinly sliced)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional though)
• 1 tsp ginger
• Salt & black pepper
• herb to garnish

🔥 How to Make It
1. Sauté onion, ginger & garlic in a little oil.(for healthier option, opt for olive oil or coconut oil)
2. Add stripped beef, season with salt + pepper, and fry till browned.
3. Add peppers & carrots, stir for 3 mins.
4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce.
5. Stir fry till everything is coated and glossy.
6. Garnish with spring onion or herb of choice and enjoy!

Serve with of food of choice

I prefer mine with basmati rice 😍

Clean, fresh, and perfect for weightloss or healthy eating or when you’re on the go📌

Ingredients
• Greek yogurt
• Granola
• Fruits of choice
• Honey (optional)
• Chia seeds (optional)

How to Prepare
1. Add 2–3 spoons of Greek yogurt into a glass.
2. Layer with granola.
3. Add your fruits.
4. Repeat the layers if you want it thicker.
5. Drizzle honey + chia seeds on top.(optional)

Tip: Keep the fruit fresh for a beautiful look.
