Samuel Amusan, born on July 10, 2005, in Lagos, Nigeria, is a dynamic attacking midfielder currently playing for Pyramids FC in Egypt. He began his football journey with Bayine Sports Academy before joining Pyramids FC’s youth setup. 
Amusan’s transition to the first team has been marked by notable performances. In February 2024, he delivered a standout display in a friendly match against Zed, contributing significantly to a 3-2 victory.  He made his official debut in July 2024 during an Egyptian FA Cup match against Al Nasr Sporting Club, where Pyramids FC secured a 4-0 win.  His progress continued as he featured in a CAF Champions League game against Tanzania’s JKU FC in August 2024, helping his team to a 3-1 win. 
A significant milestone in Amusan’s career came on August 30, 2024, when Pyramids FC clinched their first-ever Egypt Cup title by defeating ZED 1-0 in the final. This victory marked the club’s inaugural major trophy, highlighting Amusan’s contribution to their historic achievement. 
Amusan’s versatility allows him to operate effectively as an attacking midfielder and on both wings, showcasing his adaptability and tactical awareness.  His journey from Bayine Sports Academy in Nigeria to making impactful appearances in Egypt’s top-tier competitions underscores his dedication and potential.
As of March 2025, Amusan continues to be an integral part of Pyramids FC, contributing to their domestic and continental campaigns.
