SI14 FOOTBALL CLUB HOLDS STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL CREW MEETING FOR THE PROGRESS OF THE TEAM.

SI14 Football Club, Keffi, Nasarawa State, held a productive and comprehensive management and technical crew meeting aimed at reviewing the club's progress, evaluating its activities, and discussing strategic plans for the continued growth and development of the team.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of SI14 Football Club, Mr. Sunusi Ibrahim, alongside the Chairman of the Club, Coach Usman Ibrahim, Club Director Coach Rabo Bala Mohammed Oguns, Chief Scouting Officer Aliyu Abdullahi Doma, Team Manager Mohammed Maude, Director of Media Mohammed Maharazu, Head Coach Maiyaki, Assistant Coach Shuaibu Ayuba, Goalkeepers Trainer Friday Obiazo, Training Coach Tete Kefas Jatau, Welfare Officer Mahmoud Ahmed Aspen and other members of the club's management and technical crew.
During the meeting, participants engaged in extensive discussions concerning the club's present situation, future ambitions, and ways of improving both the administrative and sporting aspects of the team. Every member present was given the opportunity to contribute ideas, make observations, and offer suggestions geared towards moving the club to greater heights.
Speaking during the meeting, Coach Rabo Bala Mohammed reviewed the club's performances in various tournaments over the past year and the current season. He highlighted the remarkable progress made by the team, emphasizing that SI14 Football Club has continued to grow in strength, organization, and competitiveness.
He praised the commitment of the players, coaches, and management while encouraging everyone to remain focused on achieving the club's long-term objectives.
The Club Director also addressed both the players and management team, stressing the importance of unity, discipline, teamwork, and mutual respect.
He noted that collective effort remains the key to building a successful football club and urged everyone to continue working together for the overall progress of SI14 Football Club.
Aliyu Abdullahi Doma spoke extensively about the progress of the Scouting Department and appreciated the CEO for his continuous support in bringing new players into the team. He acknowledged the CEO’s commitment to strengthening the squad and helping the club discover and develop talented players.
At the end of the meeting, every department spoke about the challenges they are facing, and all the issues were successfully discussed and resolved during today’s meeting.
The Chief Executive Officer, Sunusi Ibrahim, expressed his appreciation to the entire management and technical crew for their dedication, commitment, and sacrifices towards the growth of the club.
He commended their tireless efforts and unwavering support, which have contributed significantly to the achievements recorded by the team so far. The CEO reaffirmed his commitment to the development of the club and assured all stakeholders that SI14 Football Club will continue to strive for excellence both on and off the field.
In his remarks, Head Coach Maiyaki reflected on his journey with the team from the time he joined the club. He spoke passionately about the positive transformation he has witnessed and the significant improvements achieved under his leadership. The coach highlighted the progress made in player development, team organization, discipline, and overall performance. He encouraged the players and coaching staff to remain dedicated and committed as the club continues its pursuit of greater success.
Other members of the management and technical crew also made valuable contributions, sharing ideas and recommendations aimed at strengthening the club's structure, enhancing player welfare, improving training standards, and achieving better results in future competitions.
The meeting concluded on a positive note with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment from all participants. Members reaffirmed their determination to work together in unity and ensure that SI14 Football Club continues to grow into one of the most respected football clubs in Nasarawa State and beyond.
The gathering once again demonstrated the club's commitment to professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and sustainable development as SI14 Football Club continues its journey towards greater achievements.
