KANO PILLARS FC ANNOUNCES MAJOR RESTRUCTURING OF TECHNICAL AND SUPPORT DEPARTMENTS
As part of ongoing efforts to reposition Kano Pillars FC for greater efficiency, professionalism and alignment with global football management standards, the Management of the Club, under the leadership of the General Manager, Ahmed Musa, MON, OON, has approved a comprehensive restructuring exercise following deliberations at its management meeting held on Monday.
The decisions, which take immediate effect are aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, strengthening accountability and creating opportunities for qualified professionals to contribute to the continued growth and success of Sai Masu Gida.
The following resolutions were reached:
1. Dissolution of Existing Committees and Appointments
All committees previously constituted by the club management are hereby dissolved. Furthermore, all appointments across all departments of the club are hereby terminated as part of the restructuring process.
New committees, appointments and operational structures will be established in due course to meet the evolving needs and objectives of the club.
2. Restructuring of Junior Teams
The current technical and support staff serving with Junior Pillars and the U-19 Team have been relieved of their duties as part of the restructuring exercise.
The affected positions include:
- Head Coaches
- Assistant Coaches
- Goalkeeper Coaches
- Team Managers
- Kits Managers
- Nurses
- Masseurs/Masseuses
- Curators
- Media Officers
3. Reorganisation of First Team Support Personnel
Similarly, support staff attached to the club's first team have been relieved of their duties.
The affected positions include:
- Team Manager
- Club Doctor
- Nurse
- Cameraman
- Photographer
- Content Creator
- Kits Manager
- Curator
- Masseur/Masseuse
Call for Applications
In line with the club's commitment to transparency, merit and excellence, applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals interested in occupying any of the aforementioned positions.
For the First Team, applications are strictly limited to the positions listed under the First Team Support Personnel category above. No other First Team positions are currently open for application.
The club also wishes to clarify that individuals who have been relieved of their duties through this restructuring exercise are eligible to reapply, provided they meet the requirements and are willing to continue contributing to the development and success of Kano Pillars FC.
