The Organising Committee of the 2025 Kaltungo Mini Marathon on Thursday paid a courtesy visit to the Commissioner, Gombe State Ministry of Youth and Youth Development, Hon. Ibrahim Inuwa Pantami.

Led by the Chairman of the Committee, Musa Idris Dangiwa, the team also met with the Director of Sports, Sale Manga. During the visit, the Honourable Commissioner assured the organisers of the Ministry’s support and expressed delight at the hosting of a major sporting event outside the Gombe metropolis.

In his remarks, the Director of Sports urged the committee to work in synergy to ensure a smooth and successful marathon.

Other members of the delegation included Mohammed Ibrahim (Head of Registration), Alh. Yakubu Usman (Sardaunan Matasan Kaltungo), and Hajiya Maimuna Idi (Jaruman Kaltungo).

The Kaltungo Mini Marathon comes up on Saturday, 27th December 2025.

The Route Is Set. The Countdown Continues.

In just 8 days, athletes will take on the official route of the 2025 Kaltungo Mini Marathon, starting from the Mai Kaltungo Palace, passing through Okra, Poshereng, Popandi, Lapan, Boh (U-turn), Kulishin, Kalorgu, Market Square, and finishing strong at the Olusegun Obasanjo Stadium, Kaltungo.

This course is designed to test endurance, celebrate community, and showcase the unique landscape of Kaltungo.

Our kit partner, KakaGlobal, led by CEO Muhammad Ali Muhammad, joined the Marathon Organising Committee Chairman, Musa Idris Dangiwa, to officially present the 2025 Kaltungo Mini Marathon kits to the Mai Kaltungo, Engr. Saleh Muhammad OON.

The kits include wears for athletes, officials, and even a special set for His Royal Highness.
