🔥 TOP 6 TRANSFER WINDOW REVIEW: WINNERS & LOSERS 🔥
The Premier League summer transfer window is officially closed, so it’s time to rate the Top 6 clubs based on their transfer business. Who strengthened? Who fell short? And who could regret their decisions?

🔴 ARSENAL — LOSER | 5.5/10
Arsenal’s window leaves plenty of questions, particularly in attack. Apart from Christos Tzolis, they failed to make a truly notable attacking addition, while departures such as Trossard, Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus have left Mikel Arteta with fewer options in the final third.
With Manchester City and Chelsea strengthening their attacking departments, Arsenal could find themselves short of firepower over a long Premier League campaign.

🔵 CHELSEA — WINNER | 9/10
Chelsea have had one of the most impressive windows among the Top 6. The addition of Morgan Rogers gives their attack another dynamic, creative option and makes their frontline even more exciting.
They also strengthened across midfield and defence, adding quality and depth to an already talented squad.
Chelsea look well-equipped to compete on multiple fronts this season.

🔵 MANCHESTER CITY — WINNER | 8.5/10
Manchester City made a huge statement on deadline day with the signing of Enzo Fernández. His arrival adds creativity, control and quality to a midfield that already has players such as E. Anderson and A. Bouaddi competing for important roles.
They have also added more attacking firepower, including Iliman Ndiaye, giving Pep Guardiola even more options going forward.
City have reloaded — and they look ready to challenge for the Premier League title once again.

🔴 MANCHESTER UNITED — LOSER | 5.5/10
United made some interesting additions, including Tielemans, Baleba and Santos, but there are still major concerns around the squad.
The biggest issue is the lack of a genuine defensive midfielder/holding midfielder capable of shielding a vulnerable defence.
They also failed to make a major statement in attack. For a club trying to close the gap on the teams above them, the overall business feels underwhelming.

⚪ TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR — WINNER? | 6.5/10
Spurs have spent over £300 million, so expectations are understandably massive.
But after losing their opening two matches, it's difficult to judge whether the spending will translate into success just yet.
Still, with the manager they have in charge and the quality they've brought through the door, I expect Tottenham to make a serious push this season.
For now, the jury is still out.

🔴 LIVERPOOL — WINNER | 7.5/10
Liverpool have done some good business, particularly in strengthening their attacking options with Bradley Barcola.
They have also added players such as Victor Muñoz, Hugo Larsson and Araújo, giving the squad more depth and versatility.
It may not be the most spectacular window of the Top 6, but Liverpool have addressed several areas and added quality and competition for places.

📊 MY FINAL VERDICT
🥇 Chelsea — 9/10
🥈 Manchester City — 8.5/10
🥉 Liverpool — 7.5/10
4️⃣ Tottenham — 6.5/10
5️⃣ Arsenal — 5.5/10
6️⃣ Manchester United — 5.5/10
