Brightville College Ibadan emerged Oyo state champion of the First Bank/Sam Okwaraji U16 National School football tournament.
The 2014 NNPC/Shell Cup National runners up and 2015 copa coca cola state champion defeated Bishop Philips Academy 1-0 in the final.
The 2024 state representative of the CAF U15 tournament dominated proceedings until they got the needed goal to emerge champion.

It is Brightville College vs Bishop Philips Academy for final.
All is set for the Oyo state final of the Sam Okwaraji U16 National School football tournament,powered by NSSF/ Sam Okwaraji foundation and supported by the NFF/ NSC
The state preliminaries which commenced on Wednesday 1st July 2026 @ the ultra modern Bishop Philips Academy pitch has produced the finalists.In the first semi final, Brightville College dispatched Community High School Iwo Road 5-0 to book the final ticket in a grand style.
The second semi final was a very close competition between home team Bishop Philips Academy against Ibadan Grammar school but Bishop Philips Academy eventually triumph over their counterpart 2-1 via penalties.
The final comes up on Monday 6th July 2026 at same venue.
