Whenever I arrived at the bakery, the workers always have this feeling that my presence there is surreal
And i understand why they felt that way. 😂
Workplace opens by 7am
Work starts by 8am
My consultant allowed me to resume 9am since I’m not a worker.
However, I do resume 10am since my place is far.
I’m always dressed well, smelling nice, with my hair neatly dreaded
Workers are always like, what exactly is going on? 😂
Majority of them do not know I don’t work there, for all I know they thought i was a worker like them who just didn’t like to obey rule but wondered why their boss never complained.
My task is to observe them as they work so I pick up how they operate
Ask them questions when I need to, report back to my boss and explain what I learnt for the day.
To the workers, I’m just an unserious worker playing around
And I kept it that way all through.
Easy for me to pick their brain and watch them boost of their expertise while I learn.
Na me know wetin I dey find.
