I work at xyz ltd and I have a very tight routine.My boss breathes down my neck, I come to work when I please and besides the salary isn't much to go by.

I am tired of all the drama and l think its time I go do my own thing.

Thats how the conversation went earlier today.

1.You have a job while others crave for one and haven't gotten.

2.Its how you do ANYTHING that you do everything.

3.Quitting to start up your "own thing" is not the response to an over bearing boss or unbearable working environment.

4.Just as becoming a chef has nothing to do with gender but aquiring the right skills and training, so it is in starting up anything.

5.You will not treat your business any differently from the way you are currently handling the persons business you are been paid from.
