Good luck to all Nigerian boxers participating in the National Open Trials for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, scheduled to kick off today, March 1st through March 6th, at the Brai Ayonote Boxing Complex in Surulere, Lagos.

We wish both home-based and foreign-based boxers an injury-free and successful outing in their trials.

We also pray for safe journeys to and from the venue.

1. A coach to supervise your session.
2. Practice the drills on the mitts and bag.
3. Stay calm.
4. It's a learning ground, go light as much as you can.
