I was pleasantly surprised to receive this award for a lifetime contribution to the growth of Jidokwan and Taekwondo in Enugu State. My sincere gratitude to Gm Emmanuel Ikpeme, to Enugu State Taekwondo Board, to Ministry of Youths and Sports, to my family and to all my teammates during my Martial Arts experience. This award is for all of us. Levels don dey change!

*TROUBLE IN THE LAND*

When there is tension, panic, fear, insecurity and uncertainty in the land, your nervous system activates your stress response system. You become alert: Your heart beat, blood pressure, and breathing rate increase.

This alert state preps you to fight, run or become immobilised. If you can't calm down this nervous system arousal soon enough, your body systems may become negatively skewed.

De-escalate the tension in your body, clear your head, learn to calm yourself down. Use your breathing to tell your nervous system that everything is okay. Everyday, for only 5 to 10 minutes, practice exhale emphasized slow breathing. It costs nothing and corrects many things.

Information is not everything. What you do with it is the Master Key.

Your life is guaranteed to change once you learn how to use what you know.

Identify what you want and go after it. There is enough information, out there, to take you to the stars.

The key is to keep doing something with what you learn.

Just do something. Learn from life, it is filled with wisdom. But knowledge is never enough, do something.
