“For we are each responsible for our own conduct.”
Galatians 6:5 NLT
I found peace in beans and bread 🍞
Do you know why this particular combination is called BRICKLAYER’s meal?
For me, beans cause chest burns, and bread sinks inside of me like a thief whose neck was tied with a big stone and thrown into the sea… oh yes, it sinks that way, and I have to drink bottles of water to ensure I survive the day.
Guess what?? Beans and bread happen to be one of my favorite foods and NO, I don’t have a favorite food 📌📌📌
This knowledge of beans and bread 🍞 gave me an in-depth understanding of perspective and interdependent situations.
You know, I am responsible for my actions and inactions. I am accountable for my interpretations. The outer force has nothing to do with my inner peace, a change can only occur if and when I permit it.
Many don’t have chest burn when they consume beans, nor does bread make them heavy; but does that stop its effect on me as an individual, NO.
We can all live in peace and understanding, only if we take into consideration the sight of others. You see the blue sky, I see a cloudy sky; this doesn’t denote that you are wrong and I am right. Neither does it mean I am right and you are wrong.
Empathic Listening is one skill set, you should develop as an individual, it makes you see the world in a different light through the lens of others 💡.
I hope you know, beans don’t give you protein 😊😊
PS: this write-up isn’t about beans 😉😊
My clients love me because, I don’t just touch with my hands but with my eyes, ears, and heart.
