I didn't set out to write a book

I just wanted a framework.

Something that would work for my clients.

Such that anyone could use them to replicate the results I get for them.

So I went into ChatGPT.

I wanted something I could share with my clients — something that would help them achieve the same outcomes for them, even without my involvement.

Then, I showed real-life scenarios where I had already applied it. Together, we started developing a user framework that could work for any business.
My business is at a stage where I’m productizing each component so I can serve my clients faster, repeat outcomes more efficiently, and scale my solution to more markets.

Like everyone else, I use the FREE Version.

So I shared my plan with ChatGPT,

"This is what I want to achieve. I don’t yet know what the framework will look like

But I have case studies and insights that can help"

Then we started.

I walked through my practical examples.

Then, I showed real-life scenarios where I had already applied it. And together, we started developing a user framework that could work for any business.

It is Called The FLIP Model

I use it to help my clients instantly flip a horrible business limitation into cashflow oppurtunity

and it works all the time

I explained how I wanted the framework to behave, referencing frameworks I’ve seen and liked.

Then we made it happen.

Right there in the chat

We stress-tested to find the loophole so we could make it robust for all kinds of situation

after an hour of chats, the model was developed.

That’s when I thought, why not turn this into a book?

Because if I left it at just a framework, it is only a few people that we see it, that’s not enough.

So instead why not reach more people,

why not give the world a GIFT.

Atleast one framework will may be ascribed to my name in history

Since I have also learnt that books is one of the powerful ways to spread ideas

So I wrote one.

Although I didn't set out to write a book about the FLIP Model

I ended up with a seven chapter draft

I want this to be a lasting framework — something that, 10 or 20 years from now, someone else can pick up and use in their own organization and flip a bad situation over

Now I know it will

I checked the drafts. It made sense. I made a few adjustments, and boom—the first draft of my book was ready for editing.
