Lawal Maryam Abiodun, a brilliant graduate of LASU’s Faculty of Law (Common and Islamic Law), has emerged as the Best Graduating Female Student and Second Overall Best Graduating Student at the Nigerian Law School Call to Bar ceremony held in Abuja on July 10, 2025.
Out of 7,134 students called to the Bar, Maryam stood out as a symbol of academic brilliance and excellence. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Ibilola Olatunji-Bello, and Dean of Law, Prof. Kareem Olatoye, hailed her as a proud ambassador of LASU’s high standards.
Her achievement is a shining example of what LASU stands for Truth, Service, and Global Excellence.
