Coach Alian Ngwa Training Product: Direct Play & Decision-Making Drill

Technical + movement drill focused on first touch, decision making, and quick repositioning. Players learn to create space, play under pressure, and use both feet effectively just like in real match situations.

My Coaching Points (This is where My drill is powerful)

First Touch Control (8 meters pass)

Clean, directional touch

Fake shot = creating space under pressure

Body Shape & Awareness

Open up before receiving at Cone C

Quick Transition Movement

Pass → MOVE immediately (no standing)

Weak Foot Development

Right control → Left pass

Positioning Intelligence

Move opposite direction after pass (very game-like)
