I had planned my May 27th post.The day being set aside to celebrate children.I have marked out some of my kids pictures to post both biological and non biological to disturb everyone of my contact timeline on friend list.

But surprisingly I couldn’t post anything on social media yesterday.When I think about the children in captivity of kidnappers some where in oyo or the one in the forest of taraba or plateau etc my heart bleeds.The situation is so scary that as little as two years old toddler 💔💔💔is being held for ransom. As a mother it has got me tearing up on many occasions,

What can we do than pleade with our leaders to take action.Please the right authorities please take adequate action and kill these maneace that has come to destroy humanity.

As we we celebrate children day remember to pray for the toddlers and children in captivity of kidnappers.Father in heaven we pray for their safe return through Christ our Lord.Amen

Once you clock 40 or approaching your 40s you must be intentional about what you eat.There are some food to avoid or start reducing them gradually.

Avoid food such as bread,carbonated beverages,Red meat,sugar and try to eat your dinner early.

More fruits and vegetables will help to reduce inflammation and prevent heart disease.Sleep early and exercise regularly.Photo was taken on my 40th birthday photo shoot .
