Rovers Football Club hereby announces the resumption of its Trial and Screening Exercise ahead of the 2026/27 football season.

The exercise is open to talented and ambitious football players seeking an opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and earn consideration for the club's squad for the upcoming season.

📍 Venue: U. J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar, Cross River State

ELIGIBILITY:
Football players based in Nigeria and abroad are welcome to participate.

All prospective players are advised to arrive early, properly prepared and equipped for the screening exercise.

Rovers Football Club encourages talented players to take advantage of this opportunity to showcase their abilities as the club prepares for the demands of the 2026/27 football season.

As the Basin Super Cup Tournament 2026 comes to an end, we want to take a moment to say a very sincere THANK YOU to everyone who was part of our journey.

To the Local Organising Committee (LOC), thank you for your time, dedication, organisation and commitment to making this tournament possible. We appreciate the work that happens behind the scenes to give teams the opportunity to compete.

To all the teams we shared the pitch with, thank you for the competition, the battles, the lessons and the sportsmanship. Football is better because of the people and teams who challenge us to become better.

To our players — the ARCADIANS, we are immensely proud of you. You gave your commitment, your energy, your sacrifice and your heart throughout this tournament. Regardless of the result in the final, what you achieved in this competition deserves recognition. You fought your way through every challenge and represented this academy with pride.

And to our supporters, friends and everyone who stood behind the ARCADIANS, whether you were at the pitch, following from home, sending messages or simply believing in us — thank you. Your support means more than you know.

Football gives us victories, defeats, lessons, friendships and memories. This tournament gave us all of those things.

We may not have finished exactly where we wanted, but we leave this competition stronger, wiser and even more determined. We won bronze last year, silver this year, and we intend to win it all next year.

From everyone at ARCADE FOOTBALL ACADEMY, thank you for being part of our journey. The tournament may be over, but our journey continues.
