Oyo, 10th April 2025 - The Nigeria Football Coaches Association (NFCA) U15 Tournament screening was successfully held this morning at the Durbar Stadium Oyo. The event brought together talented young players from various football academies in Oyo State, all vying for a spot in the prestigious tournament.

The participating teams were divided into two groups, with White Lion FA (The Cubs) U15 featured in Group A. The groupings are as follows:

The U14 team of White Lion "The Cubs" Football Academy played out a thrilling 1-1 draw against Winners FA.

*Match Summary:*

The Cubs took the lead through striker Sodiq Olanrewaju's clinical finish in the 20th minute.

*Second Half:*
In the second half the winners FA boys came out fighting for an equalizer, which they eventually got in the 70th minute, via a poor handling of the ball by "The Cubs" goal keeper.

Both teams created chances but neither could capitalize. The Cubs' defense held firm, while goalkeeper David Oladimeji made crucial saves, it stayed this way till the end of the encounter.
