It was a much heated tie as Black stars Academy of Akwanga faced shooting stars of Lafia in the quarter finals of the ongoing Aleem Champions league.

With luck not being on our side, the stars failed to capitalize on several chances which might have resulted to a goal..

Calm on the ball as usual, great midfield display from Gambo, Meshach and Muntari ..
Solid at the defense with Abdulazeez Abubakar, Esson Iliya, Haruna Halidu and Abraham Okoronkwo..

Great display from Sadam Halidu, Fredrick and Abdulazeez Egya..

The match ended in a deadlocked and headed straight to penalties, where Black stars Academy of Akwanga lost the match with the scorelines 4-3..
