we went out to some of the parks today and watched some workout sections and all we did was laugh, why; because if you are working out and all you get at the end of the day is waist pain, back pain and your knee hurts then you are at the wrong place doing the wrong exercise!!! why;because if you working out and you can't follow the routine, thats because you dont understand what you doing and at the end of the day because you had sweat running down your back you would shout yeeeaaahhh i worked out today NONSENSE YOU DIDNT!!! and you wont get results....yes you wont.... I Christy Opara said so!
