NSCDC FC Abuja continues its intensive preparations ahead of the new season under the leadership of Head Coach Abdulrasheed Yunusa.

The team is working tirelessly on fitness, tactical organisation, teamwork, and match readiness as the new season draws closer. The technical crew is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the players are physically and mentally prepared for the challenges ahead.

NSCDC FC have taken an early 1–0 lead against APO Fitness in their ongoing tournament at the National Stadium, Abuja.

The team, under the leadership of Coach Abdulrasheed Yunusa, has started the game with great intensity, determination, and strong attacking intent as they look to secure a positive result.

The match was also graced by the presence of Dr. Yunusa Saidu and other senior officials and staff members of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), who came out to show their support and encouragement to the team.

Their presence has provided an additional boost to the players as NSCDC FC continue their fight for victory.

NSCDC FC SET TO RESUME TRAINING AHEAD OF THE NEW SEASON.

The management of NSCDC FC Abuja is pleased to announce the official resumption of training activities ahead of the 2026/2027 football season.

The team will resume training on Monday, 3rd August 2026, under the leadership of Head Coach Abdulrasheed Yunusa and the club's management team as preparations begin for a successful and competitive campaign.

All players are expected to report promptly and fully committed as the technical crew embarks on building a strong, disciplined, and united squad capable of achieving the club's objectives for the new season.

The management remains dedicated to providing the necessary support to ensure a productive preseason and wishes all players and officials a successful training program.

Together, we move forward with determination, hard work, and the ambition to achieve greater success in the upcoming season.

The Local Organising Committee (LOC) extends its heartfelt appreciation to all the participating teams, officials, supporters, and stakeholders whose commitment and sportsmanship contributed immensely to the success of the 2026 Keffi Inter-State All Stars Invitational Tournament.

Your presence, dedication, and spirit of healthy competition made this year’s tournament memorable, colourful, and truly befitting of the objectives of promoting unity, friendship, and football development across our states.

We warmly congratulate Suleja All Stars FC on emerging as the champions of the 2026 edition, successfully defending their title with an outstanding performance throughout the competition.
