I never thought this was possible.

I sat there observing my family.

Happily diving into the food at our monthly gathering, and I thought to myself, how close we have all become.

The room was alive with laughter, deep conversations, and love.
So much love.

However, this wasn’t always the story.

Many years ago, we were distant.

Everyone was busy with their own lives.

Barely speaking. Barely even texting.

The idea of gathering like this - open, honest, connected felt impossible.

And I owe it all to Ancestral healing.

After taking the course and doing the work, I began to notice subtle shifts in the entire family.

At first, they were almost unnoticeable.

But over time, they became undeniable.

Communications were smoother.

The love went deeper.

The harmony was felt all around.

And I can see it in all other areas as well.

Our individual successes, our accomplishments, and even how abundance moved through our lives.

Everyone shifted to a new level of being.

We each held our own and it was beautiful.

I finally felt what family felt like.

That someone's got your back, and they will never let go.

And it was so remarkable to see all the attributes that I wanted come alive.

I am still in awe and so blessed at how it has all unfolded. ❤️

“If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”

It was tattooed across my forehead like a warrior mantra.
Spoken with such pride and gusto.

If I wanted something done, and done right, I had to do it myself.
I knew for a long time that no one was coming to save me.
Not God.
Not some man on a shining horse.

And for years, that belief kept me strong, independent, and in control.

But it also kept me from receiving.

Because when you’re gripping that tightly… there’s no room for life to surprise you.

No space for the Universe to weave her miracles,
to deliver blessings from places you could never have imagined.

I realized I had been living through the lens of my own limited perspective.
The Universe, meanwhile, holds a thousand pathways I could never see.

So begin to surrender.
Let go of needing it to look a certain way.
Of needing proof that it will work.
Instead be patient.
Open.
Soft.
Receptive.

Let your inner world softened to let the Universe rearrange itself to match your frequency in her own delicious, unexpected way.

Do what is yours to do.
Then… release it.

Let life surprise you with something even better than what you've imagined it to be as they know far more variables than you do.

It’s buried beneath fear, shame, expectations, and exhaustion.

You’ve felt it rise before—
Maybe in a moment of rage.
Or in that sacred flash of clarity.
And just as fast, it faded.

Why? Because no one showed you how to hold it.
Learn to hold power.
Learn to embrace it. It is your fuel for life.

The card that started it all

14 years ago, in a healing session, my teacher drew this card for me.

She explained and sternly said I needed to leave my relationship.

It was the message I needed to hear.

I was contemplating leaving for years, my relationship, my work. I needed to stop to recreate anew.

It was scary and unsafe but I knew deep inside that it has to be done.

Hard as it was, I followed through.

It change the trajectory of my life. I started to embark on a self healing journey.

From there I fell in love with the work, the work I am meant to be teaching.

I learned, implemented and used the sacred wisdom.

It became part of my life and the sharing of my souls gift helps many more.

I hope to be able to do what my teacher did for me back then and it brings me so much joy to see how Healers like myself are shifting and growing

That's the mission now.

Small steps leads to big ones that leads to revolutions.

What can vegetables teach you about life? Plenty.

Yesterday, me and some friends went to try this Indian restaurant and she ordered a vege platter amongst other delicious food.

These veges came covered in a deep fried coating and we don't quite know what we were digging into.

As one of them was chewing on this yellow one another asked what it was.

She said unconvincingly that it tastes like banana.

And so I suggested that it might be plantain.

Then the next one picked it up and started chewing on it and was undecided.

Finally the smart one decide to ask the waiter what it was.

"It's corn"

"You know, that was what I thought it was but I kept trying to let it be banana or plantain."

Then I said, that's an awesome example of the power of suggestion.

Imagine how much mistruths you have been fed in your life and believed to be true.

'Save for a rainy day'
'Happy wife, happy life'
'Better safe than sorry'
