One More Rep! 2025 registration is now live! We've added a new category this year: Intermediate Male & Female. This event is open to individuals who have never competed before or just started their fitness journey.

Intermediate: 1-3 years training experience.
Beginner: 0-12 months training experience.

It's time to put your hardwork to the test. Top performers from each category will be awarded. Registration fee includes event t-shirt and goodies.
