we build strong fundamentals, and we make sure it’s fun too ✨

When a child smiles this brightly in the water,
you know swimming can truly be part of their dreams 💙

两天的日本行，
我每天都看到了清楚的富士山🗻

那一刻我更相信——能量，是会回来的～
现在的我，
做着一份自由、能成长、也能保持好能量的工作💫

希望在这条路上，
遇见更多同频、愿意一起前进的人 ✨

During my two-day trip to Japan,
I saw Mount Fuji clearly every single day 🗻

In that moment, I truly believed—
energy always finds its way back to you.

Now, I’m doing work that gives me freedom,
allows me to grow,
and helps me stay in a good, positive state 💫

I hope to meet more like-minded people along this journey,
and move forward together ✨

其实一点都不迟，学游泳不需要勇敢，是需要对的方法 🤟🏻

在我的课堂里，
没有催促、没有比较、没有压力，
只有一步一步建立对水的信任和进步～✌🏻

This trip to Indonesia made one thing even clearer—
I want a life where I can breathe freely.

最近朋友问我：
「妳是失业了吗？怎么每天都在玩？」

不是我没做工啦！
是我做的工作太自由，
自由到大家以为我每天在度假🌴✨

我现在的生活：
🏊‍♀️ 想教课就教课
☀️ 想运动就运动
📸 想拍片就拍片
🧋 下午跟朋友喝个茶也没问题

而且越做💰越稳，压力也更小

别担心！今天就来帮你们破解这个难题 🙋‍♀️✨

其实，浮不起来不一定是你的问题，而是跟科学原理有关！
✅ 肌肉含量较高的人 💪🏻 确实更容易下沈
✅ 体脂率较低，浮力自然也会较小
✅ 呼吸方式 影响身体的浮力

但别担心！学会正确的技巧，你也能轻松漂起来 🌊
