Well to make up your day even better, Persatuan Olahraga Amatur UUM have planned a talk on ✨ *initial preparation before sports* ✨, which is a very important topic to talk about as students have less exposure about importance of early sport’s preparations. The talk will also include the intended preparations of sports such as selection of shoes, clothing, equipment, and so on...🏅🏋️‍♀️🚴⛹️
