🌿 40岁以后，为什么更要练核心？

很多人以为平板支撑只是练腹部，其实它训练的是我们身体的「核心稳定力」💪

别小看短短几十秒，坚持练习可以帮助：

✨ 强化核心肌群，提升身体稳定度
✨ 加强腹部、腰背及臀腿力量
✨ 改善体态，减少含胸、塌腰
✨ 增强身体支撑与平衡能力
✨ 提升日常活动时的身体控制力

⏱️ 建议这样练：

▫️ 初学者：20–30秒 × 2–3组
▫️ 有基础：30–60秒 × 3组
▫️ 每组休息：30–60秒

🌸 记住：不是撑得越久越好！

动作正确，比时间更重要。
身体保持一直线、核心收紧、正常呼吸，避免塌腰。

从每天几十秒开始，慢慢建立力量。
肌肉多一点，身体稳定一点，未来的自己就轻松一点。 ❤️
