2020 has been a year for us even though it only have 4 months this year. Thank you for those who have been involved in this process. Thank you for your support throughout the years. It has been ups and downs for all of us.

Special thanks to you that is always there for me no matter what. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate your efforts and how you pushed me to become better and slay the rest.

Let us end 2020 with appreciation to those who helped us in and out, no matter directly or not, with a thanks. May next year will bring us a better year and the best journey.

Standing box jumps. Good way to go for explosiveness and cardio

Start by progressing with lower height until you reached high enough

If your EGO is high, might as well you jump till three hard boxes stacked up with 30 inches height. Total 90 inches (my PB is 44 inches 🤭)

Oh and try to land softly and absorb the impact by squatting on the box
