Sometimes it's OK not to be always OK. It's part of the growing and it's also part of your life journey.

Be kind to ourselves, don't judge and just let the inner child be the child once again.

Once the child is satisfied with playing; replan and restart your plan is never too late.

Nothing you can do by worrying, it do no good by being anxious. Savour the present moment and just enjoy.

Tortoise pose looks easy but it's not...
You need to take it slow to open up and stretch the hamstring and back mainly, most importantly synchronise with your breath... Everything is interconnected and lastly the true essence is patience....

From learning to teaching, from zero students to having 10 classes per week... I can't help but feel grateful for the journey I have come from.

Of course, I get anxious for having too few students, constantly thinking how to increase more classes but one thing I learnt is that, we really can't rush it. When the time comes, everything will fall into place. Have faith and just trust the flow.

It's also important to conserve the right energy and passion when I teach as I truly believe my students can feel the energy coming from me directly. Hence, I always give my best because I really enjoy sharing what I believe in yoga, where you find your peace, your inner self and the intelligence you find within yourself.

Thank you for walking with me, in my beginning of the journey and I hope next year, you will continue to walk with me and grow to be a better version of yourself in the year of Dragon.
