Many people always ask me:
How much equipment does a coach actually bring to the court? 🤔

So today I’m sharing what’s inside my pickleball bag.

Recently I’ve been using the Protech Pickleball Club Pro Bag 🎒

This bag has a really large capacity with multiple compartments, making it easy to keep everything organized.

Here’s what I usually carry in my bag:

🏓 4+ paddles (for coaching and backup)
👟 Court shoes
🎾 Pickleballs
🧴 Towel / small accessories
🎒 Some coaching equipment

Because of the different compartments, paddles, shoes, and accessories can all be stored separately without getting mixed together.

For someone who goes to the court frequently, a practical and spacious bag is really important.

This has now become my daily go-to bag for the court 👍

What did I learn from playing a 5-point game with a world-class pickleball player? 🏓

Today I had the honor of being invited to the Wika Quang Duong Tour 2026 – Malaysia Edition product launch event.

Even more fortunate, I was selected to play a 5-point game with Quang Duong.

Even though it was only a few points, I learned a lot:

1️⃣ Precision ball control
Every shot he plays has a clear intention. It’s not just about returning the ball, but about controlling the pace of the rally.

2️⃣ Change of pace
Mixing fast and slow shots, applying pressure while staying patient, making it very difficult to predict the next ball.

3️⃣ Calmness on court
No matter the situation, he stays composed and efficient, with almost no unnecessary movement.

Playing against a top-level player up close really shows the difference.
But that difference is also what motivates me to keep training and improving.

Truly grateful for this rare opportunity 🙏
Time to keep working hard and get better on court. 💪
