What do you do when the pool is closed? For me, who doesn't like jogging or any high-impact workout, I tried to find something that is more effective in getting that heart rate going and at the same time will not hurt my knee so much.
And surprise, surprise, I found that going up and down the stairs is my kinda workout if swimming is not available. It's practical; you can do it rain or shine and also it is literally next to my house,
Take this time-lapse that I've made. This is me going up and down the 11th floor and I've tried to make it a daily commitment for 30 mins or more and it worked!!! I've been doing this for a month now with a healthy balanced diet, and I've managed to lose 8 kilograms! Not only that, I feel fitter than ever.
I can't wait to start swimming again!!! Perhentian Open Water Challege, GAME ON!
