We’re now deep into the Sustain phase of R.A.C.S.
At this stage, real growth isn’t about adding more tools, more routines, more “shoulds” into your life.
It’s about gently staying with what’s already helping you.
Change that matters… is change that stays gently in your life 😊
Over the past 3 weeks, you’ve breathed, grounded, reflected, reframed, tapped, noticed patterns, and made small shifts. Most people stop here.
But true growth happens when gentle practices become part of your rhythm, not a “challenge” to complete.
This week is not about doing more.
It’s about doing wisely, consistently, and kindly ❤️
🧠 Today’s Idea: Small Things Done Regularly Beat Big Things Done Occasionally
Most people think sustainability means discipline, willpower, or “must be strong”.
But often, what truly sustains change is:
• simple routines
• realistic expectations
• compassion when we slip
• returning again, gently
Real growth sounds like:
✨ “I don’t need to do everything, just something that supports me today.”
Instead of asking:
“How do I keep everything I learned?”
Try asking:
“What is ONE small practice that supports me the most right now?”
Maybe it’s:
• one deep breath before reacting
• a grounding 5–4–3–2–1 moment
• noticing your inner story
• choosing a kinder thought
• drinking water, stretching, resting
• saying “I choose to…” instead of “I have to…”
Just one. That’s enough for today.
Small does not mean weak.
Small means sustainable. 🌱
See you tomorrow for Day 23, where we’ll talk about creating a simple system that supports the “new you”, without pressure.
