成立于2019年，一共进军了30所中小学，包括了槟岛，北海，雪隆区的学校。
现阶段，已有超过3,000位学生，也成功培育出超过50位的州手与8位的国手。

In this session, SEA Games medalist and Senior Head Coach of LAVANA 3 Kepong, Coach Peck Yen Wei, focuses on every movement — from footwork and body positioning to racket control.

现在不够强大，并不代表以后不会强大。🔥

这也是白教练一直以来坚持的训练方式。

从国家队一路走过来，他一直相信一件事——
基本功，永远是球员最重要的底子。

步法、动作、击球、发力、节奏……
这些看起来最简单、最基础的东西，
却是白教练一次又一次要求他们重复、纠正、做好。

因为现在不把基础打好，
以后想要再加强、再改变，真的会越来越难。

想要变厉害，本来就需要时间，
更需要的是坚持，更需要彼此的信任。

三年多了，
从一开始完全不会，
到现在一步一步走到今天。

也许他们现在还不是最强的，
但这一路走来的每一点进步，
都值得骄傲。❤️

白教练一直相信他们可以，
而他们也一直用训练证明——
只要愿意坚持，时间一定会给你答案。

三年多，只是开始。

One Week. Countless Memories. ❤️🏸

A heartfelt thank you to all the young players from China 🇨🇳 and Hong Kong 🇭🇰 for travelling all the way to Malaysia to train with us at CPS Badminton Academy under the guidance of Coach Peck Yen Wei.

Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and positive attitude throughout the week. It has been a pleasure watching everyone train, learn, and grow together on court.

Most importantly, thank you for your continued trust and support. Many of you have returned to train with us time and time again, and we truly appreciate the confidence you place in our coaching team.

We hope this week has been a valuable and memorable experience for everyone. Wishing you all safe travels home, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to CPS Badminton Academy again soon!
