Pole Fitness Kuching was founded by Teach Kai in mid-2018. The classes closed in April '19 and private classes were conducted from June '19. With the growing Pole Kittymunity, Teach Kai decided to revive Pole Fitness Kuching for 2020 and bring back the love and joy of learning new things and discovering oneself. Teach Kai aims to steer Pole Fitness away from the stereotype of being a sleazy dance

and turn it into a sport with elements of various dance, gymnastics and acrobatics. Pole Fitness is a fun and challenging way to train and build your strength, flexibility, movement and body awareness. Join us and and experience a wonderful journey!
