From the first step to Level 118, thousands pushed through the pain, chased personal bests, broke records and earned that view above Kuala Lumpur. This year, The IHH Sky Race brought together athletes from 78 countries, united by one challenge at one of the world’s most iconic towers.

And in the heart of Merdeka month, it became more than a race. It was Malaysians coming together. At Merdeka 118, Malaysia’s tallest building and a symbol of national pride, thousands climbed together and made history with 7,887 official finishers, earning a new Malaysia Book of Records achievement for the largest participation in a towerrunning event.
